The information on 100 FSS is general in nature and may not apply to every situation, e.g. information may be different for British or European Union, or other Local Nationals.
The SOFA agreement allows Active Duty members to be here with no necessary passport or visa.
The spousal dependents of Active Duty members are here under the SOFA with an official passport, no visa necessary.
All other dependents under the age of 21 are here on official passports and do not need visas, however, once they reach the age of 21 they must get a visa.
