Sponsorship Opportunities

The 100th FSS Sponsorship Program provides a variety of exciting opportunities for businesses to connect with the RAF Mildenhall community through some of the most popular events and programs of the year. Sponsors can support a wide range of activities, including Airmen-focused programs, holiday and club events, family and youth gatherings, sports tournaments, seasonal festivals, awareness campaigns, and large-scale base-wide celebrations. These opportunities reach audiences of all ages and backgrounds while allowing your brand to be associated with meaningful, morale-building experiences.

Sponsorship is flexible and can be tailored to fit your business goals. Contributions may come in the form of financial support or in-kind donations that enhance the quality of events. High-value prizes—such as travel packages, furniture, or other major giveaways—help drive excitement and engagement, while branded items, transportation, or equipment support event logistics and visibility.

Every sponsorship receives promotion through event publicity and, at many events, sponsors have the opportunity to host a booth or display to connect directly with attendees. Mil-D-Con Sponsorship

Held annually during the first weekend of October, RAF Mildenhall proudly hosts its largest event of the year—Mil-D-Con, our comic, sci-fi, and futurism convention. We are currently inviting sponsors to be part of this exciting and high-profile event.

Mil-D-Con attracts thousands of attendees from across the community and features a wide range of attractions, including sci-fi themed activities, celebrity appearances, technology demonstrations, and a vibrant comic fair. It is a standout event on the base calendar, offering exceptional visibility and engagement opportunities for partners.
