Prefer some less strenuous physical activity? Outdoor Rec’s organizing a Wind-Down Paddle along one of Suffolk’s picturesque rivers. Outdoor Rec also has skydiving, kite buggying, gliding and a Peak District adventure lined up! Remember to book early because Outdoor Rec’s events fill up fast.

Meet Your Hapkido Instructor
Team Mildenhall, meet Green Turner, Hapkido instructor at the RAFM Youth Development Center. Turner has more than 30 years experience which he shares with his students, and is committed to helping them develop the core principles to motivate and move them along their personal Hapkido journey. "I don't have these kids for years to develop, so I want them to have key takeaways to build their confidence
and make them excited to continue training," says Turner. By the physical and positive energy I witnessed in his students, he has done just that.
