VELOCITY: The nearest thing to flying, Zip World's Velocity, is the longest zipline in Europe and the fastest in the world. Your adventure starts with a ride on the moderate-level, but still thrilling Little Zipper, to build up your confidence. From there you'll be transported by bus up to the "Big Top" of the Velocity, where the vistas of the surrounding areas are nothing short of stunning, especially on the way down, at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour!
BOUNCE BELOW: Enter an underground network of huge caves, once home to a Victorian slate mine, now brought back to life as the only subterranean playground of its kind. Kids, ages seven and older, will delight in six new levels of bouncing fun in a cavern the size of a cathedral.
12 - 14 May // 14 - 16 July // 11 - 13 August // $200 per person
Mt. Snowdon at 3,560 feet is the tallest mountain in Wales and is well worth a visit. Mt. Snowdon is part of a range of jagged peaks that offer spectacular views, on a clear day, of Snowdonia, Anglesey, Pembrokeshire and even Ireland. Your trip will begin on day one with a short three mile hike to the Plas y Brenin National Mountain Centre adjacent to the beautiful crystal clear waters of Mymbyr lake – a great vantage points to appreciate the stark beauty of Mt. Snowdon. On Day Two we’ll take a 12 to 14 mile hike up and down the mountain itself, along well-marked paths featuring plenty of vantage point for photo-taking. On the final day, we’ll visit a 2,000 old Roman Legion bridge, followed by a short, four mile trek to witness Aber Falls, the tallest waterfall in the entire UK. Wales must be experienced to be fully appreciated and RAFM Outdoor Recreation (Best Outdoor Recreation in the U.S. Air Force for 2015) is just the team to take you there. Cost includes: transportation, two nights accommodation, two breakfasts, one lunch and hiking attire.
